To be eligible for a charge account, you must be in business for at least 1 year. All charge accounts at Larry’s Rentall carry a 60 day outstanding hold policy. Charge privileges may also be suspended prior to 60 days if your credit limit is exceeded. Please note the credit limit required for your company.

We DO NOT accept third party cheques for payment on account! Only those cheques that bare the company name listed on the credit application will be accepted. All other cheques will be returned.

As a value added service, all charge accounts are automatically eligible for discounts with our “Parts Program”. Please read the title page of our credit application for details.

Upon successful application of a charge account, Larry’s Rentall will notify the applicant by either fax or mail.

Filling Out the Forms

If interested in applying for an account, download our credit application, fill out the form in its entirety (failure to do so may result in your application not being accepted), and return the form to us either by mail or by fax. DO NOT e-mail the application to us. We must have an authorized hand-written signature on the application.
